SEARCH PROCESS
Phase 1

Role

Assemble the
search team to immediately gather information on your company,
competitors, and overall market conditions.

Conduct a meeting
with the client interviewing team to understand their organization’s
charter and the expectations for the position.

Assess the
challenges for the search, agree on a successful search strategy, and
craft a position profile.

Search proprietary
database for similar searches thereby leveraging our relevant contacts
and networks.

Create an initial
slate of “hot candidates.”

Keep us informed
of specific companies or candidates they would like us to pursue.

position profile and company description.

Review candidate
list and make necessary adjustments.

determine an interview process identifying which client team members
will conduct first round and second round interviews once the final
candidate is selected.
